Cecilia Quarchioni de Jovel possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Gerente de Desarrollo Humano at Inversiones Bolívar since 2004. In this role, Cecilia is responsible for developing high-performance teams through the creation, implementation, and automation of comprehensive talent management processes, including attraction, retention, performance management, training, and organizational culture. Cecilia has also represented the company in social responsibility initiatives and documented best practices to measure social impact. Prior to this position, Cecilia worked as Jefe Administrativo, where initial focus on improving administrative and human resource processes contributed to cultural changes within the organization. Cecilia's earlier experience includes serving as Asistente Gerencia Financiera/Analista de RRHH at Unión de Exportadores from 2002 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and degrees in Human Resources Administration and Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
