Leonardo Pinto has over 20 years of experience in the media industry. Leonardo began their career in 2000 as a Marketing Manager/Business Development at Claxson Television, where they developed and implemented e-marketing tools to increase revenue and subscribers. From 2001 to 2004, they worked at EMI Music Latin America as a Marketing Manager for Anglo Repertoire, researching, identifying and developing international music marketing opportunities. Leonardo then joined Universal Music Group in 2004 as an International Marketing Manager, where they motivated Latin record labels to use new distribution channels and marketing tools. In 2007, they moved to Radiotelevisión Española as a Marketing and Affiliates Sales Manager, managing overall business operations and sales for three Spanish TV cable networks. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at BBC Worldwide as a Partnership and Sales Director for Latin America and US Hispanic, responsible for developing comprehensive sales strategies. Leonardo then joined AlternaTV International Corporation in 2014 as a Sr. Director of Marketing, Partnerships and Distribution, increasing distribution and partnerships presence for 12 TV channels. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Olympusat Telecom as a Director of Distribution and Partnerships, defining annual budgets and mid-range planning. Most recently, they have been working at Inverleigh since 2023 as a Commercial Partnerships Manager for LATAM and US Hispanic, developing and leading commercial strategies for new market penetration.

Leonardo Pinto has a Bachelor in Business Administration from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. Leonardo also holds a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the University of San Francisco and an International Marketing degree from The University of Tulsa.
