Regina Williams is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and budget management. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting at InventWood since February 2024, Regina previously held the position of Director of Finance and Business Operations at PharmaLex, formerly BioStat Solutions, from January 2019 to November 2023. Regina's earlier career includes roles as an Accountant at Business Management Company, Inc. from 2015 to January 2019 and as a Budget Officer for Frederick County Government from November 2011 to June 2015, where responsibilities included formulating a $525 million annual operating budget, preparing revenue estimates, conducting public hearings, and projecting fiscal impacts of policy decisions. Regina holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a concentration in Accounting from Hood College.
