Alex Lau serves as Executive Chairman of InventWood since 2022 and as Co-Founder and Board Chair of Carbon America, which focuses on advancing carbon capture technology. An Investment Manager at Yiyi Ventures LP since 2011, Lau previously chaired the board at Terramera from 2015 to 2019. Early career experience includes roles as Principal at Phoenix Mountain Consulting (2001-2006) and Regional Manager for Greater China at Intertrust (2000-2001). Alex Lau earned an AB cum laude in Cognitive Science and Physics from Dartmouth College between 1988 and 1992.
