Matt Mansell has extensive work experience in customer success and sales roles. Matt started their career in 1998 as a Purchasing Director at Genesis Communications, Inc., where they supervised procurement processes and established relationships with suppliers. In 2010, they joined Inventory Locator Service,® LLC as a Sr. Manager Customer Sales and Support, where they managed domestic and international sales operations and implemented targeted sales and marketing strategies. Matt later became the Sr. Manager Customer Success, leading a diverse team dedicated to optimizing the customer experience and maximizing retention. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Success, where they manage the customer success team, develops scalable and customer-centric processes, and actively participates in client discussions to drive desired customer outcomes.
Matt Mansell obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mississippi from 1998 to 2001. Matt also has a certification in the Hearst: Leadership Development Program from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, although the specific date of completion is not provided.
