Daniel Baron has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Daniel is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Inveniam since October 2021. Prior to this role, they held the position of Executive Director at iAM Capital Group Ltd starting from February 2016. From September 2019 to January 2022, Daniel served as the Chief Legal Officer at WEEL. Daniel has extensive legal experience, including being a Counsel at Schwell Wimpfheimer & Associates LLP from April 2004 to January 2022, where they specialized in corporate transactions, securities, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, and venture capital. Daniel also gained valuable experience as an Associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP from April 1998 to April 2003. Prior to that, they worked as a Foreign Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of the State of Israel from September 1998 to April 1999. Daniel began their career as a Congressional Intern at the United States Senate from June 1993 to August 1993.

Daniel Baron received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Yeshiva University. Daniel then went on to attend New York University School of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree in Law.
