Ross Johnson is an experienced operations professional with a robust background in eCommerce logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as COO at Invenco Pty Ltd since October 2022, Ross previously held the position of Managing Director at Matrix Consulting Solutions, where operational solutions were provided to help businesses unlock their potential. With over two decades at Smiffys, Ross rose through various roles including Head of Global Logistics, leading the establishment of a comprehensive global distribution network for eCommerce fulfilment, and Head of Operations, where significant transformations were made to transition the company to a multi-channel global distributor.
