Vic Kelly began their work experience in 2017 as an Office Assistant at HDA Lawyers, where they worked until 2019. In 2018, they joined Bank of New Zealand as a Client Services Representative, a position they held until 2021. In 2017, they also became the St Mary's Premier Lacrosse Coach at St. Mary's College, a role they fulfilled until 2021. Currently, since 2021, they have been working at Invenco, first as a People & Capability Administrator and later transitioning to a People & Culture Coordinator position.

Vic Kelly attended St Mary's College, Ponsonby from 2011 to 2017, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for that period.
