Lorrie Morton

VP, People at Invaluable

Lorrie Morton has been in the Human Resources field for over 25 years. Lorrie began their career in 1996 as an HR Business Partner at Haemonetics. In 2006, they moved to SmarterTravel, a TripAdvisor Company, where they held the roles of Senior Manager and Manager of Human Resources. In 2014, they were promoted to Director of Human Resources at TripAdvisor. In 2018, they became Vice President of People at Yaymaker, where they were responsible for all aspects of HR, including recruiting, compensation, training, and employee engagement. In 2020, they moved to Cohere Health as VP of People. Currently, they are VP of People at Invaluable.

Lorrie Morton holds a BA in Communications/Journalism from St. John Fisher University and a HR Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley University. Lorrie also has three certifications: Certified Professional Coach from the Center for Coaching Certification (obtained in May 2015), DISC from Data Dome, Inc. (obtained in November 2013), and SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI (obtained in January 1999).
