From 2012 to 2019, they served as Vice President, Sales & Service at DiLab, and from 2019 to 2021, they were a Customer Success Manager & Responsible for Customer Support and Customer Success Specialist at Memlin | The SaaS sidekick for corporate events. In 2021, they became a Senior Customer Support Manager & Product Expert at AppInConf. Most recently, they started a role as Senior Customer Success Manager at Invajo Technologies AB.
