Aaron Garcia currently serves as the Managing Director of Ohio Operations at Invacare Corporation, overseeing teams responsible for buying, distributing, and manufacturing products that enhance life experiences. Previously held roles at Invacare include Project Manager, where responsibilities included launching the brand on Amazon, and Senior Manager of Ecommerce Marketing, focusing on growth in eCommerce relationships. Prior to Invacare, Aaron held significant positions at BAE Systems, including Integrated Product Team Lead, managing engineering teams and improving manufacturing processes, as well as Operations Program Manager, overseeing multiple projects for operational enhancements. Early career experience features roles at Lockheed Martin as Tool Design Supervisor and various engineering positions. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
