I am passionate about human development. I am the Founder and CEO of INUSUAL, the first online school in Spanish specializing in leadership and organizational transformation. We prepare leaders and organizations with whom everybody wants to work. We do Executive Advisory, Training, Coaching, and Facilitation to bring people to their full potential.

I have helped companies like Adobe, Axa, Bayer, CaixaBank, Inditex, GSMA, Roche, Seat, Naturgy, and Sanofi build a culture of innovation and drive positive change through innovative leadership. 

In 2010, I wrote "Estrategia Digital," published by Deusto (Planeta), and it is now in its 9th Edition (https://amzn.to/2Y74Hus). My second book, "The Inusual Leader," talks about Innovative Leadership and is available in English and Spanish).

After I graduated in Design, I studied at Harvard, MIT, IESE, ESADE, EADA, ESIC, and the University of Barcelona. I also serve as an Executive Board Member for some great companies.
