Varun Paul P is an OLED Scientist at Inuru since February 2023, where expertise lies in establishing innovative printing parameters for fully printed OLEDs and transitioning from pilot-scale to large-scale manufacturing. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Intern at Forschungszentrum für Materialien, Architekturen und Integration von Nanomembranen (MAIN) from February 2021 to February 2023, focusing on developing advanced Piezo Electric Actuator Wings for micro aerial robots. Varun also worked as an Executive Manufacturing Engineer at Jyothy Labs Limited from August 2016 to January 2019, where responsibilities included quality assurance and data analysis related to raw materials and products. Varun holds a Master of Science in Advanced Functional Materials from Technische Universität Chemnitz (2019-2023) and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Sathyabama University (2012-2016).
