Shruthi Abirami has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical psychology and coaching. Shruthi started their career as a Clinical Psychology Intern at Kempegowda Institute Of Medical Sciences in 2016. Shruthi then worked as a Clinical Psychology Intern at Atma Shakti Vidyalaya in the same year. In 2017, they joined HOPE- Early Intervention Centre as a Clinical Psychology Intern. In 2018, Shruthi joined Inuka as a Coach Supervisor, where they managed the Inuka coach community and ensured the quality of coaching. Shruthi was later promoted to the role of Chief of Coaching at Inuka, responsible for training and managing coaches, developing coaching tools, and supporting impact projects in Kenya, Zimbabwe, and Uganda.
Shruthi Abirami's education history begins in 2012 when they enrolled at Christ University, Bangalore. Shruthi completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology, Sociology, and English Literature in 2015. After that, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Psychology at Jain (Deemed-to-be University). Most recently, from 2021 to 2022, they attended iPEC Coaching to become a Certified Professional Coach, specializing in coaching.
