Monika Gogna is a Business Strategist and Project Manager with Nyāsa, where they provide on-demand business consulting services with a holistic approach. Monika specializes in business incorporation in India and the Netherlands, cultural awareness through workshops and training, conflict coaching and consulting, and international business development.

Monika also works as a Workplace Coach for Inuka Coaching, where they partner with employees to address patterns that hinder their growth. Monika utilizes the scientifically-backed Problem-Solving Therapy (PST)-based Inuka approach to guide employees in overcoming obstacles and fostering mental resilience.

In the past, they worked as a Legal Consultant, Mediator, and Project Coordinator for IndiaConnected, a Dutch advisory firm specializing in assisting Dutch companies in establishing and expanding their business in India. Monika was also a Legal Associate for IndiaConnected and a Legal Editor for Stimulansz, an NGO that supports professionals and citizens in various fields.

Monika's experiences also include working as a Legal Advisor for Miss Legal B.V. and as a Mediator for the Tenant Disputes Redressal Commission at Stadgenoot, where they helped negotiate and settle disputes between tenants and the housing corporation.

Monika Gogna obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Amsterdam, with a focus on Dutch law, International, and European law.
