Maud Hanskamp has a diverse work experience with various roles and responsibilities. In 2009, they began their career as a Social Worker at Stichting Thuiszorg en Maatschappelijk Werk Rivierenland, where they coached individuals dealing with psycho-social and practical problems, facilitated collaboration between clients and institutes, and conducted training sessions on communication skills, coping with teenagers, and setting boundaries. Maud also interned in the field of human resource and development, where they developed an advisory report and coordinated a project focused on re-registering nurses.

In 2015, Maud joined Shell as a Customer Service Professional Commercial Fleet BENEFRUX. In this role, they provided excellent customer service, assisted with usability and technical issues, and built and nurtured customer relationships. Maud also served as a training facilitator for the Excellence In Customer Service program.

From 2018 to 2020, Maud worked as a Learning Designer at 2U, collaborating with subject matter experts and university partners to design online course curricula. Maud conceptualized, researched, and developed course content and activities to align with the company's learning design methodology. Maud also contributed to innovation within the department by reviewing existing course content and testing new approaches to learning design.

In 2021, Maud joined SACAP (The South African College of Applied Psychology) as a Learning Designer, where they developed and managed the video production process for various degree modules. Maud collaborated with colleagues and subject matter experts to create interactive content.

In 2022, Maud worked at Rocket Videos as an Account and Project Manager for video production. Maud managed accounts and projects, ensuring successful delivery of video production services. Maud also joined a company as a Learning Experience Designer, contributing to the development of learning experiences.

Maud's entrepreneurial journey began in 2023 when they founded Maud Hanskamp Coaching. Maud serves as the Owner/Founder and offers online mental health coaching services. Maud also specializes in grief coaching. Alongside their coaching business, they also work as an Online Mental Health Coach at Inuka Coaching (B Corp).

In 2018, Maud obtained a Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of the Witwatersrand.

From 2004 to 2008, Maud completed an HBO degree in Social Work at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN).

In 2002, Maud obtained a Propedeuse in Psychology from Radboud University.
