Chris Stewart currently serves as the Assistant Director of Policy Advancement at Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami, a position held since August 2021, with prior roles including Manager and Senior Policy Advisor in the same department. From June 2018 to August 2021, Chris held the position of Director for Healing and Wellness at Tungasuvvingat Inuit. Chris has also worked as a Correctional Design Advisor at Pomerleau for a brief period in 2019. Prior to these roles, Chris accumulated over a decade of experience with the Government of Nunavut, where responsibilities included Manager of Capital & Special Projects and Warden of the Uttaqivik Residential Centre.
