Keondra Bray, MHRM, SPHR®, currently serves as Senior Manager of People Services at Intuitive, leading a team of 15 HR professionals to enhance employee experiences through consulting, administration, and advisory services. Previously, while working at Delta Air Lines as a Human Resources Manager, Keondra oversaw employee services and alumni relations, focusing on program development to improve employee engagement. Prior experience includes a role at Cox Communications as Manager of HR Shared Services, responsible for the delivery of HR services and compliance. Keondra holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Composition/Writing Studies from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith.
