William D. Rosa, CSEP, is an experienced program manager and software engineer with a robust background in tactical software solutions and project management. Currently serving as the Program Manager at Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation since April 2017, William has held various leadership roles, including GMD IV&V Program Manager and PFAL Software Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included system architecture and project oversight. Previous experience includes roles at Intergraph PP&M as a Scrum Master and Software Consultant, and at SPAWAR as an Information Technology Specialist. William holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems/Computer Science from the University of West Florida.
