Brian Mader is an experienced aerospace professional with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Since November 2020, Brian has been working as a Mission Operations Engineer at Intuitive Machines, focusing on developing the operations team and mission control center infrastructure for the NOVA-C lunar lander. Prior to this, Brian served as an Extravehicular Activity Operations Specialist at KBR, Inc. from April 2018 to November 2020 and at Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies from October 2014 to April 2018. Brian also contributed to the space industry as a Virtual Reality Lab Liaison and Extravehicular Activity Operations Specialist at United Space Alliance from July 2004 to October 2014. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota from June 2001 to May 2004, where competencies in simulation and academic support were developed.
