Anna Ronalds has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being Vice President of Operations at Intuitive Machines since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Engineering at Intuitive Machines from January 2017. In 2022, they joined Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women in leadership roles. Before that, Anna worked at Bastion Technologies as a Sr. Systems Engineer Principal/Project Manager from July 2009 to December 2016. Anna also had a role at Jacobs Engineering as a Project Manager for Rendezvous & Proximity Operations from February 2008 to June 2009, and at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Sr. Systems Engineer from January 2004 to February 2008.

Anna Ronalds has studied at Politecnico di Milano, where they pursued a degree in Aerospace Engineering called "Dottore in Ingegneria Aerospaziale". Later, they attended Mercyhurst University to pursue a Master's degree in Applied Intelligence with a focus on Intelligence Analysis Studies.
