Shawn Guse is the current President & CEO at Intuitive Bioscience. Prior to this, Shawn was the Vice President of International Operations at TomoTherapy from April 2005 to January 2010. In this role, Shawn led sales and operations in Europe and Asia. From April 2010 to December 2017, Shawn served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Echometrix, an ultrasound software company that enables quantitative diagnosis of soft tissue for the objective measurement and monitoring of patient outcomes. Shawn was also the CEO of Compact Particle Acceleration Corporation (CPAC) from March 2008 to December 2010. CPAC developed a compact proton therapy system for treating cancer. Prior to their work in the private sector, Shawn practiced corporate, finance, securities, and employment law as a partner from August 1996 to July 2005.

Shawn Guse received a JD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Shawn is currently a practicing attorney.
