Simon Thorley is the current CEO at InTuition Languages. Prior to this, they were the Regional Recruitment Manager at West London College from January 2013 to December 2014. There, they were responsible for sales, marketing, and recruitment in East Asia, as well as partnerships manager for China and France. Simon also represented East Asia as a relationship coordinator and was in charge of social media marketing, admissions, and after-sales service for alumni marketing. From March 2012 to December 2012, Simon was a Recruitment Manager at Itper - The Education Recruiter. There, they led recruitment in SEN and was also responsible for business development and account management in West London. Before that, they were self-employed as an English tutor from May 2011 to December 2011. Prior to that, they were a Native Speaking Teacher at HESS International Educational Organization from December 2008 to November 2011, where they were named Employee of the Year in 2011.
