Jharna Thammaiah is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Director and India site People & Places Leader at Intuit since January 2016, where responsibilities include steering the site’s talent charter and driving employee engagement through people-centric transformations. Prior to this role, Jharna held various positions at Infosys from August 2002 to December 2015, including HR Business Manager and Practice Lead for Talent Acquisition, where notable achievements included managing employee engagement practices for a large employee base and spearheading innovative recruitment programs. Jharna holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Christ University, Bangalore, and a Bachelor's Degree in Science from St. Joseph's College.
