Jay Kershner currently serves as the Director of Product Operations and Chief of Staff for Product and Design Organization at McAfee since July 2024. Prior to this role, Jay held various senior leadership positions at Molekule from January 2018 to February 2024, including Vice President of Operations and multiple roles focusing on customer service. Jay's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Fitbit, Zynga, and Dash Navigation, where responsibilities ranged from customer support to building customer service organizations. Earlier career accomplishments include managerial roles at Blue Chalk Cafe Corporation and Kimpton Group, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
