Blake Horter is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Information Technology Security Manager at INTRUST Bank since February 2020, overseeing the IT Security team to safeguard systems and sensitive data. Horter also contributes as a Soccer Referee for KSHSAA and has a military background as a Knowledge Operations Manager and Cyber Systems Operations Craftsman in the Kansas Air National Guard.
