Susana Padesca has over two decades of experience in program and IT management, currently serving as the Program Management Office Manager and IT Manager at Intrum since January 2003. Prior to this role, Susana worked as Gestora de Aplicações at forumb2b.com from January 2001 to November 2002 and as a Consultora at Methodus from May 2000 to January 2001. Susana holds a Master in Business Administration from ISCTE Business School, completed in 2022, an Executive Master in Project and Program Management from INDEG-ISCTE Executive Education obtained in 2021, and a Postgraduate degree in Management from INDEG-ISCTE Executive Education earned in 2005. Additionally, Susana completed a degree at the University of Lisbon from 1994 to 1999.
