Jaël Fuchs has extensive work experience in various marketing and communications roles. Jaël is currently the Head of Marketing & Communications at Intrum. Prior to this, they worked at Transition as a Transition specialist from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they were involved in CRM-Marketing and customer loyalty at Office World from 2017 to 2019. Jaël also held multiple positions at Intrum Justitia CH, including Marketing Manager, PR & Communications, Marketing Director, and Acting Director of Communications from 2010 to 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Marketing Specialist at Swiss Life AG, a Head of Segment Management for Private Customers at Allianz Suisse, a Project Manager in Marketing Sales at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund, and a Segment Manager for Private Clients at AXA Winterthur.

Jaël Fuchs obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Kommunikation from ZHAW School of Management and Law, where they studied from 1994 to 1996. Jaël also holds additional certifications, including a verified certificate in Digital Marketing Strategy from edX and a certification in Online Business: Digital Marketing for Success from RMIT University, obtained in 2021 and 2016 respectively.
