Aaron Hall has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Aaron is currently the CEO and Founder of Intropic Materials, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to that, in June 2021, they worked as an Entrepreneurial Research Fellow at Cyclotron Road in a role focused on entrepreneurship.

Aaron also worked as a Technician II and R&D Lab Technician at Del Monte Foods, Inc.
Aaron's early career includes experience as a Scientific Researcher in Organic Chemistry Synthesis Methodology at UC Santa Cruz, where they focused on synthesizing boron-containing organic molecules.
Lastly, Aaron gained valuable experience in the culinary field during their time as Manager and Assistant Chef at Porter-Kresge Dining Hall. In this role, they supervised and managed a team of over 70 students, designed and executed recipes, and gained proficiency in various kitchen equipment.
