Ryan Westhoff is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading and developing software solutions. At Intrepid Direct Insurance since January 2021, Ryan has served as Software Engineering Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer. Prior to this, Ryan held the position of Senior Software Engineer at symplr from October 2014 to January 2021, and worked as a Software Engineer there as well. Earlier experience includes a role as a Support Engineer at Valorem Consulting Group in 2014 and as a Chemist II at Valspar, where patented technologies for market-leading powder coatings were developed. Ryan holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Kansas and a Microsoft MTA Certification in .Net Application Development from Centriq Training.
