Emmanuel Diaz-Obregon has over 19 years of experience in operations management, primarily at Intrax Cultural Exchange. As the Director of Operations for Intrax Work Travel since March 2004, Emmanuel is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction among overseas partners and U.S. clients. Previous roles include Senior Operations Manager for the Summer Work Travel division and Partner Services Manager, where responsibilities included maintaining relationships with international accounts, gathering market data, and optimizing service allocations while considering cultural differences. Earlier in the career, Emmanuel worked as a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster for the State Compensation Insurance Fund. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and French from San Francisco State University and completed a study abroad program at Université Paris Nanterre.
