Jonne Mensinga-Kruize has a diverse work experience in the field of research and immunology. In 1999, they started working at TNO Quality of Life as a research medewerker and stayed there until 2011. They then joined Triskelion B.V. | a TNO initiative as a research analist immunologie, bioanalyse, where they worked until 2019. Since 2019, Jonne has been with Intravacc, initially as an Onderzoeksmedewerker and currently as a Research Technician Translational Research.

Jonne Mensinga-Kruize attended HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 1996 to 1999, where they pursued a field of study called HLO.
