Jeff Van Skiver has a diverse background in technical support and service desk roles, currently serving as a National Service Desk Technician for ASM Research at the Veterans Administration since August 2012, while also working at Intratek Computer in a similar capacity since August 2014. Additionally, Jeff has been providing internet helpdesk support at Frontier Communications since May 2011. Jeff's experience includes a long tenure at IBM as an Automation Tech from October 1988 to June 2010. Educational qualifications include a Computer Support Specialist certification from BOCES2 in 2011 and studies at SUNY Empire State College from 1988 to 1989.
