Sofía Campa Máynez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sofía is currently working as the Co-Founder & CCO at Intrare, a social startup focused on revolutionizing workforce inclusion in Mexico. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase diversity in the workforce. Sofía also serves as the Director of Business Development and Placement at Intrare.

Prior to their current role, Sofía completed an MSc in Development Studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Earlier in their career, Sofía worked at Aeromexico as the HR Deputy Director, International & Commercial, where they played a key role in managing international and commercial HR operations. Sofía also worked as the People Strategy & Analytics Manager, HR O&M at Aeromexico.

Before joining Aeromexico, Sofía pursued a gap year with social and personal development motives. During this time, they volunteered in South Africa and Vietnam and studied Philosophy in Nepal.

Sofía also gained valuable experience at PepsiCo, where they held various HR managerial positions. Sofía was responsible for managing HR operations for different sales channels and played a crucial role in organizational design and development.

Additionally, Sofía completed an internship in Human Resources and Operations at PepsiCo.

Furthermore, Sofía worked as a Micro Credits Intern at the Economic Development Department (SEDECO) and as a Treasury Intern at First Majestic Silver Corp.

Sofía Campa Máynez's education history is as follows:

Sofía obtained their Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they attended from 2008 to 2013.

In 2011, they participated in an International Exchange program at SKEMA Business School, focusing on Msc. International Marketing and business development.

In 2019, they attended CTI - Co-Active Coaching Training, where they obtained a Co-Active Coach certification.

In 2021, Sofía enrolled at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to pursue an MSc in Development Studies. Sofía specialized in Development Economics and International Development, completing the program in 2022.

During the same year, they also pursued a short-term program at LSE called Women Emerging Leaders, focusing on negotiation skills.
