Lu Gan-de Groot is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Group Finance Manager at Intramco Europe B.V. since October 2022, where responsibilities include financial consolidation, managing personnel administration, and advising management on business issues. Prior to this role, Lu worked at Olam as a Financial Analyst and held various positions at Eaton, including Financial Analyst Planning and Analysis and participation in the Graduate Leadership Program. Lu holds multiple degrees from the University of Groningen, including a Master’s in Finance and Supply Chain Management, as well as a Bachelor’s in International Economics & Business. Additionally, Lu has experience in teaching Chinese at several institutions.
