Shweta Poredi started their work experience in 2016 as a Software Engineer at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management. Shweta worked in that role until November 2019. In November 2019, they joined Neova Solutions as a Software Engineer and worked there until February 2022. Shweta is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at IntraEdge starting from February 2022.

Shweta Poredi attended Pune University from 2010 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering. Shweta also attended MMCOE Pune during the same time period and received a bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Computer Engineering. In September 2014, they obtained additional certifications as an AMCAT Certified Software Development Trainee and an AMCAT Certified Software Engineer - IT Services from Aspiring Minds.
