Bao Tran has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They began their career in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant at Peralta Hacienda Historical Park and then transitioned to a Project Assistant role at BART in 2015. In 2017, Bao joined AT&T as a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant. They then moved to IntraEdge in 2018 and took on various roles within the organization. This includes working as a Production Assistant at Meta from July 2018 to December 2019, followed by a position as a Content Designer & Project Assistant from December 2019 to February 2021. Currently, Bao serves as a Project Manager at Meta, a role they have held since February 2021.

Bao Tran completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from San Jose State University. This education took place from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Bao has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Considering a CMS for Web Design," "Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making," "Learning Python," and "Sketch: Creating Vector Graphics." These certifications were obtained in January 2020.
