Melanie Leininger Walton is an experienced sales leader in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Area Sales Director at Intra-Cellular Therapies since August 2021, after holding the role of Regional Business Manager. Prior experience includes Senior District Manager at Eisai US, Senior Account Manager at ViiV Healthcare, and District Business Manager at Novo Nordisk. Melanie's career began at Merck, where roles included Customer Team Manager and District Manager, along with serving as Sales Training Manager at both Schering and Bayer. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health Professions from The Ohio State University, which was completed between 1992 and 1997, and graduated from Archbold High School in 1992.
