Donna Goodwin is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Intouch Insight since October 2021, following the acquisition of SeeLevel HX where Donna held multiple key positions, including Chief Operating Officer. With a strong background in operational management, client relations, and training initiatives, Donna has led organizations in achieving operational efficiencies and enhancing team member satisfaction. Prior to SeeLevel HX, Donna was a Research Director at GfK, managing substantial client contracts and contributing to significant revenue growth. Donna’s career began in scheduling at a mystery shopping company, progressing through various operational roles, supported by a Bachelor's Science Degree in Business from Brescia University.
