Mahmoud Selim has a diverse work experience in the IT support field. Mahmoud started their career as a Senior IT Support at CompuMe in April 2017, where they troubleshooted operating system and software issues for Windows and Mac devices. Mahmoud also handled software and firmware issues for various devices and reviewed branch reports.
In August 2018, Mahmoud joined AirLeisure as an IT Specialist. In this role, they focused on troubleshooting OS issues, installing and setting up emails on smart devices using the company's mail server, and configuring and backing up Outlook emails. Additionally, they gained experience with the Airbus FlySmart server system.
From November 2018 to January 2019, Mahmoud worked as a Support Technician at Xceed. Mahmoud quickly handled and troubleshooted customer issues, managed multiple tasks simultaneously, and analyzed account issues to improve customer satisfaction.
In February 2019, Mahmoud joined Click ITS as an IT Technical Support. Mahmoud served as an assistant IT service delivery manager and worked with multinational companies like Nokia, KONE, and Philips. Mahmoud determined the best solutions for end-users based on their provided details and monitored the continuous operation and health of the office IT environment.
Most recently, in April 2021, Mahmoud joined Intouch.com as a Software Technical Support. Mahmoud provided technical support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the company's software. In July 2022, they were promoted to the role of a Senior Support Engineer, where they continue to excel in providing high-level technical support.
Mahmoud Selim completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting from Cairo University in the period of 2010 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Mahmoud has obtained various certifications, including "Docker for the Absolute Beginner - Hands On - DevOps" from Udemy in April 2023, "ITIL Service Operation" from Udemy in March 2023, "SQL Boot-camp" from Udemy in November 2021, "HP Commercial Desktops, Workstations and Notebooks Service Qualification (Release 5.0 / 2020)" from HP in March 2021, "Android Development" from Udacity in March 2019, "General English Programme" from the British Council in November 2016, and "English Studies Division" from The American University in Cairo in April 2008.
