Caroline Pledger is currently working as the Manager of Strategic Engagement and Content Development at INTOSAI DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE. Previously, Caroline was an Engagement Officer at EAT and a Project Manager at the Business for Peace Foundation. Caroline also served as the President of the Rising Leaders Program at AmCham Norway and has experience in communications, field research, and teaching assistant roles. Caroline holds a Master of Philosophy in Political Science with a specialization in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Oslo.
