Ben Flaig is a seasoned professional in information technology and integration management, currently serving as Senior Integration Service Manager at INTO University Partnerships since August 2022. In this role, Ben manages a team of integration developers, employing Agile methodologies to oversee project planning, stakeholder communication, and adherence to integration standards. Prior to this, Ben worked as an IT Business Partner at INTO George Mason University, focusing on data system integrations and Business Intelligence reporting. Previous positions include Systems Administrator at INTO University Partnerships, CRM Analyst at RedVector, and Supervising Technician at Ten Talents Computer Services. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from Clearwater Christian College, completed in 2015.
