Krzysztof MacHelski

Krzysztof Machelski has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Krzysztof began their career as an Administrator and Computer Technician at FABER PC in 1997. Krzysztof then moved on to Pruftechnik as a Software Developer in 2002. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at Siemens as a Software Developer and later became a Section Leader. In 2006, they joined Microsoft as a Software Design Engineer, working on the Microsoft Mediaroom IPTV platform. At SMT Software, they served as a Team Leader, Architect, and Project Manager from 2008 to 2010, introducing Agile methodologies and SCRUM to the company. From 2010 to 2015, they were the Owner and Project Manager at Clearsoft, where they handled business development, project management, and technical consultations. Since joining intive in 2015, they have held various positions, including Director of Security & QA Automation, Director of Enterprise Applications Service Line, and Director of Delivery Unit Management. Currently, they serve as the Vice President and Head of Business Unit at intive. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in a wide range of technologies and has been involved in shaping and leading teams in multiple industries.

Krzysztof Machelski holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Wroclaw, which was completed from 1999 to 2004. Krzysztof also pursued a Master's degree in Distributed and Multimedia Systems at Heriot-Watt University as a Socrates student exchange program from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Applied computing from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, which they completed between 1997 and 2002. Krzysztof's secondary education was completed at XIV LO Wroclaw from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in 2020 and 2009 respectively.
