Dick Nieuwenhuis began their work experience as an Intern at Imtech N.V in November 2007, where they completed an internship until March 2008. In June 2010, they joined Intigris as a Business Consultant and later became the Chief Financial Officer in January 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Intigris, starting in March 2021. Additionally, in 2013, they became a Co-Owner at FieldBuddy.

Dick Nieuwenhuis completed their education in a chronological order. Dick earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. Dick then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Management at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2008 to 2010. In 2018, they furthered their education by obtaining a certification in Advanced Project Management from Nyenrode Business University. Prior to their higher education, Dick completed a MBO in Electrical Engineering from Nova College, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they hold certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
