Serge Stepantsov has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Serge started their career as the Software Development Division Manager at Intetics in February 2000 and held this position until May 2007. Serge then joined Exigen Services as the Delivery Director from May 2007 to July 2011. In August 2011, Serge returned to Intetics as the VP of Business Development, a role they held until September 2015. From October 2015 onwards, they have been serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Intetics.

Serge Stepantsov pursued their higher education at Belarusian State University from 1996 to 2001, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Computer Science.
