Marco Delfrate has extensive experience in financial communications and investor relations, currently serving as Executive Director and Co-Head of Direzione Centrale Financial Market Coverage at Intesa Sanpaolo since July 2000. In this role, Marco oversees communication with market participants, including investors and financial analysts, while developing ESG benchmarking and financial analyses for the Group. Previously, Marco held the position of Head of Rating Agencies Department, managing relationships with rating agency analysts and coordinating investor communications. Earlier career experience includes a role as a funzionario at Banco Ambrosiano Veneto from 1991 to 1998, focusing on organization, administration, planning, and management control, along with responsibilities in investor relations. Marco began a career in finance as a Tenente in the Guardia di Finanza from March 1990 to June 1991 and holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
