Melanie Buergler, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at InterVision Systems since November 2018, previously holding the position of Director of Human Resources. Melanie has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as the Human Resources Manager at Hunter Engineering from February 2008 to November 2018 and as the Manager of Total Compensation at Willow Brook Foods from May 2004 to December 2007. Additionally, Melanie has been involved in academia as a Per Course Online Instructor at Missouri State University since August 2005. Earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Generalist at Skaggs Community Health Center. Melanie holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University, completed between 2001 and 2003.
