Nelia Igcasan has worked as a Facilities & Admin Manager at InterVenn Biosciences since January 2022. Previously, they were a Facilities Manager at JLL from November 2018 to December 2021, where they were assigned to the Amazon Web Services Phils. Inc (AWS) account. Before that, they worked as an Associate Manager at Pointwest Global Pte. Ltd from February 2011 to October 2018, and as an Assistant Facilities Manager at JLL from August 2009 to February 2011.

Nelia Igcasan earned a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from New Era University in Quezon City from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained various certifications related to occupational safety and health, including Safety Officer 3 from the Occupational Safety and Health Center in March 2021, Basic Occupational Safety and Health from the Occupational Safety and Health Center in January 2013, and Pollution Control Officer from DENR (Department of Environment and Natural Resources) in April 2016.
