Hardiyanti Nirwan Ben has a diverse work experience in the field of biosciences and industry development. Hardiyanti began their career as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Medical Molecular Biotechnology UiTM. Hardiyanti then moved on to TPM Biotech Sdn Bhd, where they served as a Research Officer and later as a Senior Executive, focusing on business and scientific analysis. Hardiyanti then worked as an Assistant Manager at the Halal Industry Development Corporation (HDC). In 2016, they joined Revongen Corporation Sdn Bhd as the Business Science Director, and later became the Chief Technical Officer at their subsidiary, Global Haltech Sdn Bhd. Hardiyanti then worked at GAE Resources Sdn Bhd as a Program Principle and Trainer, and at Halnex Sdn Bhd as a Matter Expert and Trainer. Their most recent role is as a Scientist at InterVenn Biosciences.

Hardiyanti Nirwan Ben pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology from 2000 to 2003 at Universiti Malaysia Sabah.
