Daniel Urrutia is a skilled technical professional with a diverse background in information technology and technical support. Currently serving as a Technical Support Analyst and previously as an Information Technology Specialist at Alchemy Systems since April 2017, Daniel also has experience as an IT Technician at Asurion and an Information Technology Specialist at Sprint. Earlier in their career, Daniel worked at Nielsen from March 2002 to August 2014 in roles including Field Trainer/Supervisor and Field Service Technician. Daniel holds an Associate's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Austin Community College, complemented by education from Everest Institute-Austin from 2012 to 2013.
